At Tharsus Group, we're committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice is designed to describe to you the basis for the personal data we collect from you, or that is provided by you as part of our recruitment process.

First of all, we use Breezy HR, a web-based hiring platform, to assist in our recruiting process. As part of that process Breezy HR will be processing the personal information you've shared in accordance with Tharsus Group instructions.

Information provided in your application and any information obtained from other sources will be retained in all cases in hard copy format and/or electronically for the purposes of:

• the administration of your application

• consideration for roles in the future

• forming the basis of your employment records, if your application is successful

• discharging any legal or regulatory requirements

• contacting you in relation to your application or your future employment (this could be by email, post or SMS)

We'll hold on to your data for up to 24 months and if it turns out we'd like to keep it around longer, we'll contact you for consent first.

If at any point you'd like us to remove the information we've collected or share it with you, just let us know by emailing recruitment@universalwolf.co.uk

Should you wish to see a copy of the information held by Tharsus Group which you have provided as part of your application for employment, this information will be provided within 1 month of receipt of your request. Any request should be made in writing to Tharsus Group, Human Resources Department – Data Request at Birmayne House, Cowley Road, Blyth, Northumberland, NE24 5TF.
